Syncronex, Inc. has purchased the Print Media Division of Mobile Computing Corporation combining
two of the leading providers of mobile solutions for newspapers and adding solutions for distributors.
This division includes MCC's Single Copy solution and its back office and circulation management
solutions. With this transaction Syncronex becomes the largest provider of mobile worker technology
for the newspaper and media distribution market The combined company will be better able to
provide innovative solutions to the publishing industry.
The company will continue to operate out of the existing locations in Bellevue, Washington and
Charlottesville, Virginia. The merged company will provide a platform for growth and a high level of
support for existing customers and products. All employees will remain with the organization in their
existing locations and the current products will be maintained and enhanced. "The technologies are a
perfect fit, creating improvements that both companies would have eventually developed on their
